Internal Sales Engineer

Location: Gloucester

Salary: £30,000 – £35,000 (DOE) plus bonus, 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, pension, life insurance and discount at local gym.

Working hours: Monday-Thursday 8:30am‑5:30pm; Friday 8:30am‑5:00pm.

Responsibilities

• Act as first point of contact for all designated clients within your territory.
• Grow and develop the designated territory – existing client accounts and source new business.
• Provide quotes, prices and agreements to clients.
• Learn and understand the company’s products and services.
• Ensure CRM is kept up to date.
• Support the External Territory Manager.
• Commit to continuous professional development.
• Maintain a positive and solution‑oriented approach to work.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year sales experience.
• Experience working to sales targets.
• Confidence in proactive selling.
• Fluid Power experience (hydraulics, pneumatics, industrial components).
• IT literacy.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Comfortable building rapport.
• High energy.
• Hungry to succeed.
