Salary: £20-£25 per day | Job type: Day to Day Cover | Location: Camden

This role supports the Housing Services team of the London Borough of Camden by overseeing rent account administration, reconciliation, and management across the borough.

Responsibilities

• Managing rent account administration and reconciliations
• Processing Direct Debits, salary deductions and DWP payments
• Resolving rent, housing benefit and payment queries
• Maintaining accurate rent accounting records and systems
• Supporting tenants and internal stakeholders with expert advice
• Identifying process improvements and driving service excellence

Qualifications

• Experience in rent accounting
• Strong numerical and analytical skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• Ability to work independently while delivering outstanding customer service
