You’ll be connecting exceptional talent with Private Equity firms and their Portfolio Companies, so being inquisitive, commercially minded, and quick thinking will be key.

What you’ll be doing as a Graduate Recruitment Consultant

• Identifying top candidates through headhunting and proactive outreach
• Building trusted relationships with candidates to guide their job search
• Establishing your personal reputation in the industry
• Sharing market updates and insight with clients
• Generating new business through cold outreach and networking
• Managing end-to-end processes: reviewing CVs, coordinating interviews, gathering feedback
• Helping candidates negotiate offers and prepare for onboarding
• Supporting the final stages – contracts, start dates, and beyond
