Depot Operations Supervisor-Transport & Service Excellence

FirstGroup Internal is looking for two full-time Operations Supervisors to join our Hadleigh depot. You will manage the flow of drivers and vehicles, ensuring safe and reliable services within our operational framework.

The successful candidates will resolve daily operational issues, oversee driver queries, and maintain communication across shifts while fostering relationships with team members and union representatives. If you have supervisory experience and excellent planning skills, we want to hear from you.
