Coach and manage a team of Assistant Store Managers, Sales Leads, and Sales Associates.
Drive sales by building genuine connections with fans and exceeding individual and store sales goals.
Create unforgettable shopping moments that exceed expectations through excellent product knowledge and brand loyalty.
Provide real‑time feedback and guidance to empower the team to hit KPI goals.
Foster accountability for individual and store performance.
Recruit, retain, and develop high‑performing teams; support succession planning and internal mobility.
Collaborate with Divisional Sales Manager and Human Resources to resolve performance issues and policy violations.
Ensure timely implementation of visual merchandising, efficient operational processes, and continuous talent development.
All other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
3–5 years of experience as a Store Manager in a high‑performance retail environment.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to charm and capture audiences at all levels.
Results‑oriented leader with sharp business acumen and analytical thinking.
Talent magnet skilled in recruiting, retaining, and developing exceptional teams (including succession planning).
Proficient with Microsoft Office 365 Suite and retail POS systems.
At least 18 years of age, with proof of identification and eligibility to work.
Flexible work schedule that includes nights, weekends, and holidays; able to stand for extended periods and lift 50+ lbs.

Competitive base salary of $55,000–$69,000, commensurate with experience.
