Our store is a fast‑paced and challenging environment – you will help us maintain high standards day after day, motivate your team, manage operations in the absence of the Store Manager and Deputy, and keep our shop floor running smoothly. We offer competitive hourly pay, plus an extra £2.00 per hour during bank holidays and £3.50 per hour for night shifts, and a generous benefits package designed to support your well‑being.
Responsibilities
- Manage operations within the Store and among colleagues in the absence of the Store Manager and Deputy
- Handle freshness, cash processes, inventory and stock management to ensure smooth shifts
- Provide the best customer experience at every visit
- Support the Store Team with a proactive and encouraging approach, helping colleagues develop themselves and optimise store operations
