Youth Home Team Leader – Lead Care & Growth

Polaris Community is seeking a Residential Children’s Services Team Leader to ensure a safe and positive environment for young residents at our Badgworth facility. Ideal candidates will have substantial knowledge of childcare legislation and experience in leadership roles.

You will lead a team of support workers while fostering strong relationships with young people and multi-agency partners. A Level 3 Diploma in Children’s Workforce or equivalent is essential.
