The Role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead Social & Influence projects within our creative agency. You will manage the full project cycle from client brief to final asset handover, ensuring milestones are met, resources are coordinated, and deliverables meet our high standards.

In this role you will guide cross‑functional teams, mentor junior staff, and collaborate closely with account managers and creatives to exceed client expectations while keeping a sharp focus on business goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary liaison between diverse agency disciplines to synchronize resources.
  • Oversee the end‑to‑end execution of integrated projects, ensuring seamless completion.
  • Foster strong relationships with project teams, the commercial division, and the PMO Lead.
  • Develop a comprehensive grasp of the client’s remuneration and commercial model.
  • Monitor project finances and proactively address resource allocation concerns.
  • Effectively manage project schedules, adhering to scope, timelines, and budgets.
  • Identify and mitigate potential project risks, ensuring smooth delivery.
  • Collaborate adeptly with multi‑agency teams for seamless project execution.
  • Acquire and maintain a thorough knowledge of industry‑standard project tools, processes, and platforms.
  • Collaborate closely with the resource manager and PMO Lead for effective resource management.
  • Uphold the highest standards of professionalism, precision, and excellence across project documentation.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated expertise as a Project Manager in a creative agency or similar environment.
  • Proficiency in effective project set‑up, budgeting, resource control, management, and reporting.
  • Experience working on Social & Influence accounts and understanding the dynamics of global projects.
  • Financial acumen to manage project budgets, monitor financial status, and forecast resource allocation.
  • Proactive approach to identifying potential project risks and implementing mitigation strategies.
  • Familiarity with industry‑standard project tools, processes, and platforms.
  • Experience in strategic meeting scheduling to ensure comprehensive team participation.
  • Impeccable attention to detail and dedication to maintaining high‑quality standards across project documentation and deliverables.
  • Solution‑oriented mindset, particularly in challenging scenarios.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to navigate change and innovation in a dynamic work environment.
  • Understanding of evolving trends within the creative industry.
