Skills & Experience Required
- At least 5 years’ experience in CDM roles
- Strong knowledge of CDM regulations and compliance
- Experience on large‑scale office or residential projects
- Background in architecture, engineering, or similar
- APS membership preferred
Salary & Benefits
£65,000 – £75,000 depending on experience. 24 days flexible home working allowance, private healthcare, and support for professional qualifications.
