Responsibilities
- Deliver compassionate, person‑centred care at night.
- Provide personal care, skin care, and hygiene.
- Support with nutrition and hydration.
- Provide comfort and sleep support.
- Assist with mobility.
- Help maintain a safe and respectful care environment in line with individual care plans.
