National Account Manager – eCommerce Prestige

Role Overview
As National Account Manager – eCommerce Prestige, you will lead Coty’s commercial strategy across a portfolio of key eCommerce retail partners within the Prestige division—representing a critical and fast‑growing channel for Coty’s brands, including Gucci, Hugo Boss, Calvin Klein, Marc Jacobs, Burberry, Chloe . You will drive growth, elevate brand visibility, and deliver best‑in‑class omni‑channel execution in a highly competitive, rapidly evolving online beauty landscape, where winning share and driving conversion is key to success.
Responsibilities
Ecommerce Strategy and Business Planning
- Own and elevate strategic partnerships across a portfolio of key eCommerce accounts, playing a critical role in driving Prestige growth online
- Lead joint business planning, aligning Coty’s Prestige ambitions with each partner’s strategic and digital growth priorities
- Shape tailored activation plans across digital ecosystems, including on‑site visibility, media, and online merchandising to drive performance and conversion
- Collaborate cross‑functionally to deliver seamless, elevated consumer journeys across all digital touchpoints
- Drive impactful online launch strategies, exclusives, and visibility moments to win within a highly competitive digital Prestige environment
Negotiation and Commercial Performance
- Lead negotiations on listings, pricing, promotional strategies, media investment, and visibility across digital platforms
- Balance strong commercial delivery with Prestige brand equity, ensuring premium positioning is maintained in an online‑first environment
- Leverage digital insights, customer data, and market trends to unlock growth opportunities
- Track performance rigorously and translate insights into clear actions to grow share and productivity
- Act as the voice of your eCommerce partners internally, influencing stakeholders with deep customer and shopper understanding
Financial Ownership and Operational Excellence
- Own full P&L for your eCommerce portfolio, delivering against sales, profit, and market share targets
- Manage accurate forecasting aligned to online trading cycles and promotional peaks
- Optimise investment strategy to maximise ROI while supporting sustainable growth
- Ensure excellence in execution across digital availability, stock management, and online presence
- Drive strong financial discipline including budgeting, accruals, and receivables management
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a National/Key Account Manager in beauty, Prestige, or FMCG
- Strong experience managing key eCommerce retailers or digital accounts within a complex retail landscape
- Deep understanding of digital retail, including eCommerce platforms, online merchandising, and performance drivers
- Advanced negotiation and relationship‑building skills with senior stakeholders
- Strong commercial acumen with P&L ownership experience
- Highly analytical with strong forecasting and planning capabilities
- Experience working cross‑functionally in a matrix organisation
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
