We’relooking for anEMEA Influencer Executive to join us and take ownership of brilliant, innovative influencer-led campaigns – from briefing through to execution and reporting. This is a hands-on, creative, and client-facing role where no two projects are ever the same.

As a Creator Executive at OMD Create, you will play a pivotal role in delivering best-in-class influencer and creator marketing campaigns. Working closely with the Creator Manager, you will support the end-to-end execution of campaigns, from ideation and talent sourcing to delivery and performance analysis. Key Responsibilities

  • Campaign Execution: Support the full lifecycle of influencer campaigns, including briefing, planning, ideation, talent identification, outreach, contracting, content approvals, delivery, and performance measurement.
  • Client Support: Serve as a reliable point of contact for clients, ensuring all work is strategically aligned, creatively ambitious, and delivered to the highest standard.
  • Creative Collaboration:Work cross-functionally with media planning, strategy, client leadership, paid social, insight, creative, and production teams to ensure seamless campaign integration and execution.
  • Stakeholder Engagement:Liaise and negotiate with external partners such as media owners, talent agencies, and creative agencies to support holistic campaign planning and messaging.
  • Proactive Ideation:Contribute to proactive pitches and proposals for both existing and prospective clients, helping to grow our influencer management offering across the OMD network.
  • Performance Analysis:Assist in evaluating campaign results, preparing post-campaign analysis (PCA) reports, and drawing actionable insights to inform future work and drive continuous improvement.
  • Influencer Advocacy:Champion the value of influencer marketing, helping to educate clients and internal teams on the strategic role of creators within the broader media mix.

About You

  • Passionate about social media, influencer culture, and digital marketing trends.
  • Highly organized with strong project management skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communicator, both written and verbal, with the ability to build relationships with clients, creators, and internal teams.
  • Creative thinker with a proactive approach to problem-solving and ideation.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • Previous experience in influencer marketing, social media, or a related field is a plus.

We have a hybrid working model (three days in the office, two working remotely), to ensure that we meet the needs of both our people and our business, balancing the benefits of in-person connections with the flexibility of remote working. Our standard working hours are 9:30 – 17:30, but we offer the ability to flex around core hours of 10:30 – 16:30 to give our people flexibility on how they manage their working day, whether that’s in the office or working remotely. For example, you could start work at 8:30 and finish at 16:30 or start at 10:30 and finish at 18:30.
