Location: Oxford

Hours: 13:30 – 22:00 (Late Shift)

Salary: £38,000 – £45,000 per annum

Key Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC machinery in line with engineering drawings and specifications
• Carry out routine inspections and ensure components meet required quality standards
• Adjust machine settings to maintain accuracy and efficiency
• Work to production targets while maintaining attention to detail
• Complete relevant documentation and records accurately
• Support continuous improvement activities within the production area

Requirements

• Previous experience operating CNC machinery
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
• Strong attention to detail and quality‑focused approach
• Good problem‑solving skills and ability to work independently
• Experience working in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment
