Rockborne is looking for a driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our commercial team and play a key role in our next phase of growth.

The Opportunity

As an SDR, you’ll sit at the heart of our growth engine, responsible for generating and qualifying new business opportunities with organisations investing in data and AI.

This is a high-activity, phone-first role, where you’ll engage senior decision-makers, build market knowledge, and consistently create high-quality opportunities for our Growth Director and Sales team.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Identify and research target organisations and key decision-makers
  • Use LinkedIn, CRM, and market insights to build strong account intelligence
  • Spot triggers such as hiring activity, technology changes, and transformation initiatives

Outbound Sales

  • Lead with phone-based outreach as your primary channel
  • Support with LinkedIn and email follow-up to maximise engagement
  • Book qualified meetings with senior stakeholders across target accounts

Collaboration

  • Work closely with the Growth Director to refine messaging and strategy
  • Deliver high-quality handovers into the sales pipeline
  • Share market feedback and insights to strengthen our approach

Performance & Development

  • Take ownership of KPIs including call volume, conversations, and meetings booked
  • Attend client meetings to develop your commercial understanding
  • Contribute to building a scalable, best-in-class outbound function

About You

  • Experience in B2B outbound sales, SDR, or lead generation is advantageous
  • Confident communicator who is comfortable on the phone
  • Target-driven with a strong work ethic and positive mindset
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail
  • Curious about data, technology, and how businesses operate
