We are seeking a Level 3 Qualified Fitness Instructor to join the team at our Cardiff City Centre location.

Responsibilities

• Conduct inductions and gym tours for new members.
• Ensure health and safety compliance throughout the facility.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety of the gym floor.
• Teach fitness classes and drive member engagement.
• Enhance overall member satisfaction through excellent service.

Qualifications

• Level 3 Qualified Fitness Instructor certification.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to motivate and inspire a diverse membership base.
