HLTA – Lead Class Learning & Teacher Training Path

Ribbons & Reeves is seeking a Higher Level Teaching Assistant for a long-term, full-time position starting in September 2026. You will lead whole-class learning, deliver pre-planned lessons, and support pupil progress alongside qualified teachers.

The ideal candidate holds a 2:1 or 1st Class degree from a top UK university and has experience in a child-centred environment. Salary is up to £600 per week, pro-rata, term-time only, with potential pathways for teacher training.
