We are looking for an exceptional operational Head Chef with a passion for quality, consistency, team leadership, and health-led food.
Essential Experience
- 8+ years of professional kitchen experience.
- 3+ years as Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef.
- Experience in premium fast casual or high-volume daytime hospitality.
- Experience in businesses serving 250+ covers per day.
- Experience leading kitchen teams of 10 to 20 employees.
- Food Safety Level 3 certification.
- Strong HACCP and allergen management knowledge.
- Passion for fresh, healthy, ingredient-led food.
Highly Desirable
- Experience working with Indian cuisine.
- Experience with paratha, chaat, pastries, and high-volume batch cooking.
- Understanding of spices and flavour balancing.
- An appreciation of Ayurvedic principles and wellness-focused food.
- Curiosity about Ayurveda and a genuine passion for nourishing, health-led food.
- Experience opening new restaurant sites.
Compensation
Title: Head Chef
Salary: £45,000 to £50,000 per year plus performance bonus.
Benefits: performance bonus.
