Engine Trim Operator – 2-Year Temp to Perm

Cummins Inc. is looking for a talented Manufacturing Operator – Trim to join our team in Daventry, UK. This role requires up to 37.5 hours per week on a rotating shift and focuses on the preparation and finishing of production engines. You’ll operate machines, ensure quality standards, and document processes, working with limited guidance.

The ideal candidate will have a mechanical/electrical background, be able to work under their own initiative, and have previous assembly experience. This is a temporary contract role for up to 24 months with possible extension based on performance.
