Qualifications
- Experience working as a Support Worker in a similar setting (desirable as full training provided).
- Willingness to work weekends, sleep‑overs, mornings and evenings.
- Strong experience in building rapport and working in a team environment.
- Commitment to safeguarding and protective principles.
