Qualifications

• Experience working as a Support Worker in a similar setting (desirable as full training provided).
• Willingness to work weekends, sleep‑overs, mornings and evenings.
• Strong experience in building rapport and working in a team environment.
• Commitment to safeguarding and protective principles.
