Job Title: Support Worker – Specialist Refuges

• Hours: 35hrs/week (working across Camden, Haringey and Islington)
• Salary: £29,000 – £32,000 (pro rata, dependent on experience and qualification)
• Hours: 17.5hrs per week (working across Camden, Haringey and Islington)
• Salary: £14,500 – £16,000 (FTE £29,000 – £32,000)

You will work closely alongside the Refuges Team Leader and Service Manager to implement and deliver a trauma‑informed approach to refuge services.

We’re looking for a highly organised and self‑motivated woman who is passionate about ending violence against women, girls and children. You’ll have a ‘can‑do’ approach and a demonstrable commitment to NIA’s approach to prioritising women, upholding and promoting feminist, trauma‑informed and anti‑racist practice.
