Teaching Assistant x 2 – Brook Acre Community Primary School
We are delighted to be seeking two highly motivated Teaching Assistants to join our hardworking and dedicated team at Brook Acre Community Primary School.
The Roles

This is an exciting time to join us, offering a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in continuing to enhance the quality of provision and ensuring every child has outstanding opportunities to succeed.
We are recruiting for two positions:
EYFS Specialist Role
Ideal for candidates with a passion, interest, and expertise in Early Years—particularly those with knowledge or experience of the 0–3 age range.
KS1/KS2 Role
Suited to candidates with interest and experience in Key Stage 1 and/or Key Stage 2.

Requirements
- Holds relevant qualifications at the level applied for (Level 2 or Level 3)
- Promotes inclusion and acceptance of all pupils
- Builds positive relationships with children and parents, acting as an excellent role model
- Is committed to raising standards and believes every child can achieve and thrive
- Works effectively as part of a team and contributes positively to school life
- Has high expectations for behaviour, attitudes, and learning and is passionate about improving children’s life chances and outcomes
- A specialist interest or training in early childhood development—particularly communication and language—is desirable but not essential.
