About your next employer
You’ll join a service-led maintenance provider operating across response maintenance and repair works. The role supports void and tenanted properties, with work spanning surveying, fault finding, roofing repairs and general joinery as required-so you’ll be part of a team that keeps properties compliant, cared for and customer-focused. You’ll be working in a fast-moving contract environment where quality, speed and cost-effectiveness matter.
About you
- Experience working as a Plasterer across construction and maintenance
- Competent with response repair activity on void and tenanted properties
- Knowledge of safe working practices and the ability to follow health and safety guidelines at all times
- A good eye for detail, with a commitment to clean and tidy workspaces
- Confidence working under instruction to meet client needs
- Ability to complete relevant site-based/company documentation (electronically or paper-based)
Preferred experience
- Prior plastering experience is essential
- Experience delivering domestic, commercial and/or industrial plastering work is preferred
