Commercial Apprentice

Sepura is a technology company based in Waterbeach, Cambridge, specialising in digital radios for emergency services and critical industries. We are launching an Apprenticeship scheme with start date September 2026. Apprentices will progress through various departments, gain practical experience, and study for a Level 3 qualification in Business Administration.

Day to Day

• The procurement process, meeting with suppliers and processing purchase orders.
• Health and safety awareness in office and workshop environment.
• Quality management and internal auditing, supporting high‑standard maintenance.
• Finance duties such as accounts payable and credit control.
• Product Management work, broadening understanding of product lifecycle.

What You Need To Succeed

Qualifications required: 5 GCSEs including English and Maths (grade 4 or above).

Experience and Skills Needed

• Strong communication and collaboration within a team.
• Attention to detail, time‑keeping and organisation skills.
• Ability to work to a high standard independently or with supervision.
• Enthusiasm and resilience to stay motivated in a dynamic environment.
