Overview
Purchasing Assistant role in a London-based Entertainment Provider, exclusive UK location for sales, service, support, and training for several entertainment lighting products.
Responsibilities
- Help with purchasing/shipping tasks as well as occasional administrative tasks.
Qualifications
- Task-oriented, diligent, and organised.
- Experience with Chinese and European imports.
- Ability to work autonomously and prioritise workload.
- Multitasking ability in a fast-paced environment.
- Capable to pick up new skills on the job and adjust to evolving procedures.
- High level of problem-solving ability and attention to detail.
- Exceptional analytical abilities.
- Excellent communication abilities.
- Team player who communicates frequently with other departments.
- Experience in a similar role is preferred but not required for the right candidate.
- Experience with the Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel (formatting, sorting, formulas, editing, and v lookups), as well as familiarity with ERP systems.
