We’re looking for Transport Drivers to work full time 37.5 hours over 4 or 5 days in 7. The successful candidate will be required to drive Trust Vehicles between hospital sites. It is a 24/7 service and your shifts will be on a rota. There are great opportunities to progress, with the option to undertake further training as a bus driver, with a fully funded training course. With a new hourly rate of £12.92, there isn’t a better time to join.
On a day to day basis, duties may include:
- Driving the delivery vehicles around Bristol and the surrounding areas ensuring a reliable delivery and collection of medical equipment
- Completing relevant checklists and other paperwork related to the role
- Working as part of a team to deliver a seamless Transport service
- Being responsible for maintaining daily vehicle checks
The ideal candidate will:
- Have outstanding record keeping skills
- Have a strong customer focus with all stakeholders
- Hold a full driving licence
