Volunteer HR Trustee — Governance & People Strategy

Guardian Jobs is seeking an External Trustee (HR) in Lincoln to provide governance and HR expertise. The voluntary role requires approximately 10-12 days per year, supporting decision-making and workforce planning.

Successful applicants will have leadership and Board-level experience, ideally CIPD qualified, with skills in HR policies, employee relations, and EDI.

This position offers the chance to contribute to organisational culture while reasonable expenses will be reimbursed.
