This opportunity is available at Associate or Senior Associate level and is ideal for candidates from both Top 100/City firms and regional or boutique practices.

- Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A)
- Business Sales and Disposals
- Joint Ventures and Shareholder Agreements
- Private Equity Transactions and Investments
Client Relationship Management & Business Development
- Advise UK and international clients across a range of sectors
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships
- Attend networking events, client meetings and industry functions
- Support the continued growth and strategy of the corporate team
Corporate Solicitor Requirements
Qualified Corporate Lawyer (3+ PQE)
- Qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive (England & Wales)
- Minimum 3 years’ post-qualification experience in Corporate or Commercial Law
- Experience gained in a City, national, regional, or boutique law firm
- Strong technical skills across corporate transactions
- Excellent client care, communication and commercial awareness
