Job Summary
Chef Trainer at UHI Perth, one of Scotland’s leading Colleges of Further and Higher Education and a large partner of the University of the Highlands and Islands. You will be part of a hospitality and culinary team and support the development of students in the Food Court and broader hospitality department.
Responsibilities & Qualifications
- Collaborate with the curriculum team and an external service partner to create a wide variety of high‑quality dishes for the daily operations of the Food Court.
- Manage, train and assess vocational learners at SCQF levels 4, 5 and 6 within the catering operations of the Food Court and the wider hospitality department.
- Use strong culinary skills, training expertise and assessment knowledge to deliver effective instruction and feedback.
