Required to
- Deliver outcome: Delivery of core training to front line staff, which will include Positive Behaviour Support (PBS), RRN accredited breakaways and restrictive physical interventions, moving and handling, first aid, safeguarding and other core training requirements where appropriate
- Liaise with local Training Coordinator in organising and planning training in line with national and local policy and procedures
- To promote the importance of quality training and encourage engagement of staff in this proces
- Liaise with the Locality Managers and the Training Manager in relation to any future development needs for frontline staff following attendance at trainin
