Education & Support Staff Interview Day – September Start Vacancies

Location: Blackburn, Lancashire | Salary/Rate: Competitive Day Rates (Dependent on experience/qualifications) | Job Type: Full-time, Permanent / Temp-to-Perm | Interview Date: Thursday 25th June 2026

Key Roles Available

• Level 2 & Level 3 Teaching Assistants / Behaviour Support
• Psychology Graduates (SEN / Pastoral Support pathways)
• Cover Supervisors & Learning Support Assistants

Qualifications

• Level 2 or Level 3 in Childcare/Supporting Teaching and Learning, OR a degree in Psychology (or a related social science field)

Experience

Previous experience working with children or vulnerable young people is highly desirable, though passion and transferable skills are highly valued.

Availability

Must be available to attend the interview day in Blackburn on Thursday 25th June and be looking for a September 2026 start.
