Part-Time Support Worker – Flexible Shifts for Independence

Novatech Ltd is looking for a part-time Support Worker to join the Aldingbourne Trust in Bognor Regis. This role is dedicated to supporting young people with learning disabilities as they transition to independent living.

The successful candidate will help improve clients’ quality of life while ensuring they feel confident and capable. A flexible schedule is available, with various hours ranging from 20-30 hours per week. Colleagues work as a team to support each other in this fulfilling role.
