Enablement Support Worker – Adult Social Care (Short-Term Reablement)

Location: North East Derbyshire

Contract Options: 18 or 24 hours per week with flexibility for extra hours

Pay: Competitive (Grade 5)

Shifts: Rota‑based, including days, nights, weekends, and bank holidays

What You’ll Do

• Support clients in their own homes, helping them regain independence and confidence.
• Deliver personalised care plans including personal care, medication, domestic tasks, and wellbeing support.
• Collaborate with a multi‑professional team and contribute to multi‑disciplinary discussions.
• Accurately record progress and escape concerns when needed.
• Receive ongoing support and training to excel and grow in your career.
