We’re looking for a detail-driven and organised StreetworksCoordinator to join our team. This is a key support role within ouroperations, ensuring permits, scheduling, and compliance processes runsmoothly so our field teams can deliver work safely, efficiently, and on time.

As a central point of coordination, you’ll manage permitsystems, track key data, support scheduling, and keep multiple stakeholdersinformed—playing a vital role in maintaining operational efficiency, reducingdelays, and supporting excellent service delivery.

What you’ll do

  • Processand manage streetworks permits, ensuring accuracy and compliancewith regulations
  • Monitor permit SLAs and statuses, proactively flagging risks or delays tostakeholders
  • Handle permit amendments, cancellations, PMRs, and refusals, resolvingclashes with operational teams
  • Maintainaccurate system records, including permit IDs, prefixes, and projectlinks
  • Produceand distribute daily reports including granted permits, start/stopupdates, and key reminders
  • Coordinatewith planners, field teams, and local authorities to chase outstandingpermits and ensure timelines are met
  • Support planning and scheduling activities, including weekly reviews ofupcoming works
  • Maintainmailbox archives and system records for audit and compliance purposes
  • Trackregistrations and ensure required confirmations are completed on time
  • Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports to support operationaldecision-making
  • Communicateupdates clearly to internal and external stakeholders, escalating issueswhere required
  • Buildeffective working relationships with clients, local authorities, andinternal teams

Requirements

About you

  • Experiencein an administration, coordination, or scheduling role, ideally ina fast-paced environment
  • Strongattention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks andpriorities
  • Excellentcommunication skills, both written and verbal, with confidence engagingstakeholders
  • Proactiveand organised, with the ability to identify issues and escalateappropriately
  • Comfortableworking with systems and structured processes
  • StrongIT skills, including Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and reporting tools
  • Experienceusing systems such as Aurora, Depotnet, or similar (desirable)
  • Understandingof streetworks, permits, or telecoms operations (desirable)
