Joiner

Joiners are required for a contractor working on behalf of a housing association covering Leeds, Bradford and surrounding areas. This is a long-term role with potential of a permanent position following an initial period.

Qualifications and requirements:

• Minimum Level 2 NVQ or higher
• CSCS card
• Previous experience in social housing
• Excellent customer-facing skills
• Experience using a PDA
• DBS will need to be processed

This role involves working on both void and tenanted properties. A van and fuel card will be provided.

The position is a 37‑hour week, Monday to Friday, with a guaranteed 3 months initially.
