Plumber multi trade

The role

Multi skilled plumber – carrying out plumbing installations and repairs and maintenance to our housing stock across Redditch Borough.

Starting salary £32,061 per annum (Grade 6)

Key Requirements

• carry out plumbing installations and repairs and maintenance to residential properties.
• Install and repair piping, fixtures and appliances
• Diagnose and troubleshoot plumbing issues
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain high levels of professionalism at all times
• work on various general maintenance tasks as required

Skills & experience

• Relevant plumbing qualifications and certification.
• Proven experience as a plumber with a minimum of 2 years experience in the industry
• Strong knowledge of plumbing systems and equipment
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Competency or qualified in additional trades such as tiling and carpentry etc.
