About the Role
We’re looking for a passionate and motivated Youth Worker to join our team in Dudley, supporting young people to build confidence, resilience, and brighter futures. You’ll create safe, engaging spaces, deliver inspiring activities, and provide guidance that helps young people thrive in their communities. The role is full time, Level 6, and includes 1‑to‑1 interventions, group work delivered in schools and the community, and support in a youth club environment.
This position is a fixed‑term vacancy until 31 March 2027.
Employment Details
Full‑time, Level 6 Youth Worker. Fixed term until 31 March 2027. Working in the office 3+ days a week (pro‑rata) or on‑site full time.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide 1‑to‑1 interventions for young people.
- Deliver group work in schools and community settings.
- Support young people in a youth club environment.

- Deliver inspiring activities that help young people thrive in their communities.
Required Qualifications
The role requires a Level 6 qualification in Youth Work (or equivalent) and relevant experience working with young people.
