Sales Assistant – NOKWOL
NOKWOL is a premium footwear brand building its retail presence across the UK. We make considered, design‑led shoes and we take how we sell them just as seriously.
We’re looking for someone who genuinely loves footwear, understands what great service feels like, and wants to be part of something that’s still taking shape. You’ll be on the floor, with customers, every day.
What You’ll Do
Deliver a warm, knowledgeable experience to every customer. Understand the product inside out. Hit your targets. Keep the shop floor looking the way it should. Flag what’s working and what isn’t.
What We’re Looking For
You’ve worked in retail or a customer‑facing role before. You’re confident, curious, and you take pride in the details. You don’t need a script to start a conversation. Premium or fashion footwear experience is a bonus, not a requirement.
Requirements
- Retail experience preferred but not essential
- Confident, friendly, chatty and enthusiastic personality
- Passionate about sneakers, shoes, and great customer experience
- Must be available to work weekends and key busy periods (e.g., holidays, launches)
- Punctual, dependable, and able to keep up with a fast retail pace
