About the Role:
Social & Emotional Support:
Provide companionship through conversation, listening, and meaningful engagement, while respecting their privacy and preferences.
Palliative & End-of-Life Care:
Offer compassionate support to residents and their families, ensuring dignity, emotional sensitivity, and respect for individual beliefs, while working alongside care and nursing teams.
Communication & Teamwork:
Collaborate with staff to support residents’ well‑being, share observations and build trusted relationships while maintaining professional boundaries.
Record Keeping & Safeguarding:
Keep accurate records, follow safeguarding procedures, report concerns promptly, and uphold confidentiality and data protection standards.
