Fixed Term Contract – Maternity Cover

Working Hours: 4 On 4 Off Shift (See schedule below)

Shift Pattern

• November to April: 06:00 – 18:00 for four days, then four days off
• April to November: 08:00 – 20:00 for four days, then four days off
• November to April: 06:00 – 18:00 for four days, then four days off
• April to November: 10:00 – 22:00 for four days, then four days off

Salary starting from £29,008 plus an excellent benefits package.

Scania Assistance provides 24/7 breakdown assistance. As a Service Coordinator, you will be the customer’s first point of contact, guiding them from the initial call through to the resolution of their case. You will demonstrate outstanding customer service skills, maintain meticulous attention to detail, and ensure a seamless experience for all customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive customer calls regarding vehicle breakdowns and coordinate recovery operations.
• Communicate with repair workshops on behalf of customers to ensure timely mobilization of vehicles.
• Guarantee payment to repair workshops on the customer’s behalf.
• Continuously inform and update all parties on case progress.
