Retail Support Security Officer – Tesco Partnership
Location: Tesco Brigg, DN20 8AT Pay: £13.47 per hour Hours: 0–48 hours per week Shifts: 10:00–18:00, 14:00–22:00, plus various (weekend availability required)

What You’ll Do
- Store patrols — ensuring the safety of customers, colleagues, and the premises
- Visible deterrence — providing a reassuring presence in‑store
- Incident reporting — documenting observations and occurrences accurately
- Team collaboration — working closely with store staff and fellow officers
- Conflict management — handling challenging situations calmly and professionally
This is a relief officer position, so flexibility for early, late, and weekend shifts is essential.
About You
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Professional, confident, and able to use good judgement
- Strong attention to detail
- Valid SIA Licence
- Full five‑year checkable work history
- Previous security experience is helpful but not essential
