Position: Customer Assistant – Operations

This role begins early mornings; applicants under 18 are not considered, in compliance with health and safety legislation. Unsocial premium of +£3.00 per hour is paid for hours worked between 22:00 and 06:00.

Responsibilities:

• Manage stock, deliveries, and behind‑the‑scenes work to keep shop floor full, clean, and ready for customers.
• Maintain pace and adapt across the wider store to meet retail demands.
• Use digital tools confidently to track deliveries and manage stock, ensuring availability and speed.
• Work as a team player across functions and support colleagues throughout the store.
