Academics are supporting a proactive primary school in Slough seeking an SEMH Intervention Support Assistant to deliver targeted emotional and behavioural interventions. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a forward-thinking Slough school that prioritises early support and inclusive practice.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Running structured SEMH interventions and small‑group activities
- Providing 1:1 mentoring for children with emotional needs
- Monitoring pupil progress and implementing agreed strategies
- Working collaboratively with teachers and SEMH specialists
- Supporting pupils to develop confidence and resilience
