Bus Driving Instructor – Train Pro PCV Drivers

Arriva Group is looking for a Bus Driving Instructor based in Northfleet to train Category D provisional licence holders to become fully qualified PCV drivers. Responsibilities include managing trainees’ progress, delivering training on-road and in classroom settings, and supporting existing drivers through coaching and development.

The ideal candidate has a minimum of 3 years holding a full PCV licence and understands DVSA bus driving standards. Flexibility for travel to various locations is required.
