Overview

My client, a small house builder, is seeking an experienced Finishing Foreman for an upcoming residential project in Tunbridge Wells. This role provides an opportunity to oversee finishing trades on a high‑quality development of seven townhouses and a one‑bedroom flat.

Key Responsibilities

• Liaising with colleagues and clients
• Overseeing project schedules and ensuring works are completed on time and within budget
• Supervising subcontractors
• Reporting progress to the project management team
• Resolving any issues that arise

The Ideal Candidate

• Proven experience as a Finishing Foreman on residential construction schemes
• Strong leadership and organisational skills
• Ability to work independently and manage trades efficiently
• Excellent communication skills
