Job Description Senior Associate / Managing Associate / Legal Director – Real Estate Development Tunbridge Wells, Kent (Hybrid / Flexible Working) Senior Real Estate Development Lawyer – Private Practice A leading UK law firm is expanding its Real Estate Development & Living Sector team and is seeking a high‑calibre Senior Associate, Managing Associate, or Legal Director to join its nationally recognised Real Estate practice based in Tunbridge Wells, Kent. This is an outstanding opportunity for an experienced Real Estate Development Solicitor to work on high‑profile residential and commercial development projects, advising some of the UK’s most prominent developers, investors, land promoters, and estates. The successful candidate will take a senior position within a well‑established development team, handling a broad range of real estate development and investment matters, including:Residential and commercial development projects Options and promotion agreements Single Family Housing (SFH) Affordable housing projects Investment and regeneration mattersYou will work closely with colleagues across planning, construction, corporate and finance teams, providing commercially focused, pragmatic advice throughout the lifecycle of complex development schemes.
