Job Responsibilities
- Work across all three hospital sites: Frimley Park Hospital, Heatherwood Hospital, and Wexham Park Hospital.
- Operate as a mobile member of the Assurance Team, travelling regularly between sites as required.
- Arrange for water isolations and repair work.
- Perform fault‑finding and undertake maintenance tasks in a healthcare environment.
- Ensure statutory compliance, safety, quality and legal standards are met.
- Provide sample delivery and support to sites with trust‑provided transport.
- Support the delivery of safe environments for patients, visitors and staff.
Qualifications
- Mechanical qualification.
- Educated to GCSE level, including English and Mathematics at grade C or above or equivalent.
Essential Experience
- Experience arranging for water isolations and repair work.
- Good fault‑finding experience.
- Experience within a maintenance environment.
- Ability to travel to other sites with tools or equipment.
Desirable Experience
- Experience working within a large commercial or industrial environment.
- Health & Safety qualification.
- Understanding of the healthcare environment.
- Knowledge of mechanical systems, including hot and cold‑water systems.
- Recognised trade apprenticeship or knowledge of WRAS, City & Guilds or ONC/HNC in mechanical discipline.
- Evidence of continued development.
Essential Skills & Knowledge
- Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team.
- Strong time‑management and organisational skills.
- Good communication skills.
- Ability to cope with demanding scenarios.

Eligibility
This position is not eligible for Skilled Worker visa sponsorship. Applicants must already hold the right to work in the UK for the full duration of the contract.
