The Mosaic Surgical Operations Assistant Role is a varied position offering support to the Quality, Regulatory, and operational teams.

Responsibilities

• Customer Service – liaising with customers, processing customer orders, invoicing customers
• Logging supplier invoices into the electronic accounting system
• Stock management, including stock takes, stock tracking, and incoming inspection
• Monthly reporting
• Supporting the Quality and Regulatory Managers with administrative work
• Conducting research and compiling data upon request

Hours

Monday to Friday, 9:30 – 2:30 (exact timing is negotiable). This role is office-based on-site with no hybrid working.
