Class 2 Driver
HireGiant ltd are looking for a Class 2 Driver to join our well-established client based in Tuxford, Nottinghamshire
This is for a local haulagecompany, the company are a well known in the haulage and storage sector. You as the driver will need to completedeliveries of their goods toclients across the UK. There is a strong possibilityfor the Class 2 Driver to be placed on long term hireshould they perform well without any incidents, lateness and repeated infringements.
The Role:
TheClass 2 Driverwill be required to work Monday to Friday; they do have optional weekend work for those who want it.
The work starts immediately and involves making up to 1or 2deliveries, then a collectionof goods on either a curtain side truck or box trailer wagon. HGV Class 2 experience is needed due to the nature of the work, along with HGV2 Driverexperience, you must also be competent with strapping a load securely to follow HSE and driver regulations.
Requirements for this role:
The Class 2 Driver will require:
Cat C entitlement on their licenceValid Digital tacho & CPC CardSafety Boots & Hi Viz Vest
Working Hours:
Monday to Friday (optional weekends)
Start time between 06:00am & 08:00am (can accommodate earlier and later starts if prior agreed)
Shifts will be between 9 -11 hours
The hourly rate for this role is:
£15.95 – £17.35 per hour Monday to Friday PAYE to start
