Who We Are

ARC HD Services Ltd, part of Community Integrated Care, provides specialist residential and 1:1 support for young people aged 9‑18 facing complex social, emotional, and mental health challenges, including ASD, ADHD, PTSD, and trauma‑related behaviours.

We run four small, nurturing homes – each supporting up to three young people in a warm, homely environment tailored to individual needs. Every child has their own private space, plus shared areas for connection and community.

39 per week

What You’ll Do

  • Be a role model and mentor for young people in our care
  • Support and guide your team, including two on‑call duties per week
  • Carry out audits (medication, observation sheets, keywork files) to keep everything running smoothly
  • Work closely with the Registered Manager and attend regular supervision meetings
  • Ensure safeguarding and compliance with Children’s Homes Regulations 2015

What We’re Looking For

  • Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (or equivalent)
  • At least 2 years’ experience working with children with emotional/mental health needs
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to stay calm under pressure
  • A team player who’s flexible, adaptable, and self‑motivated
  • Strong understanding of safeguarding and child protection
  • Full UK driving licence for manual vehicles and access to your own car (due to the rural location of the home)
