Shift times: bank 0 hour contract – as/when needed in service

We are looking for a Senior Support Worker to join the team at Plas Cae Crwn. You will be part of a team committed to delivering high standard care to our service users.

Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with residents, families and health care professionals.
• Keep line manager up-to-date with residents’ needs and progress.
• Follow guidelines and policies and write care plans.

Qualifications

• Previous experience working with older people in residential care.
• Flexible, patient, caring, organised and good with people.
• Strong communication skills in both verbal and written form.
• Completed or working towards a QCF Level 3 in Health and Social Care (or equivalent).
